Every few weeks

about five minutes

Four tasks, roughly monthly. None of them feel urgent, which is exactly why they get skipped and exactly why they are worth scheduling rather than remembering.

Osiris addresses

Three published addresses for the same market. Copy rather than retype.

This list is published, not monitored. An address that opens is not an address that is genuine, and the check that settles it belongs to the every time list.

Why this cadence exists at all

Because some things go wrong slowly. An address quietly leaves the published set. A balance you meant to move sits for four months. A note you wrote stops matching what you actually do. None of that announces itself, and none of it is caught by a per session habit, because per session you are only looking at the thing in front of you.

Monthly is roughly right. Weekly is more than the risk deserves, and quarterly is long enough for a retired address to have found a new owner.

If you do oneThe most valuable of the four is pruning, not collecting. Deleting an address that has dropped off the list is what actually protects you, and it is the one people skip because it feels like throwing something away.
